Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

ServersWithCrypto is an independent hosting reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Microsoft, Canonical, Red Hat, NVIDIA or any other operating-system or hardware vendor named on this site. Their trademarks are used only to describe what is installed on a server.

2. What you are buying

A defined allocation of compute, memory, storage and bandwidth, for a defined term, in a region you choose. Specifications are stated on each plan. Where a plan says "dedicated" the resource is not shared; where it says vCPU it is burstable and shared, as is standard.

3. Term, renewal and suspension

Service runs for the term paid for. Nothing renews automatically, because no payment method is held on file. A reminder is sent by email approximately seven days before a term ends. A server whose term has ended is suspended, held for seven days, and then destroyed along with its data. Paying within that window restores it intact.

4. Acceptable use

Our acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms. Breach of it may result in immediate suspension without refund. We enforce it because IP reputation and network capacity are shared between customers, and abuse by one degrades service for all.

5. Payment

Payment is in cryptocurrency only, at the amount quoted for your order. The quote is valid for the deposit window shown at checkout. An underpayment does not complete an order; contact support with the transaction hash and we will either top it up or return what arrived, less the network fee to send it back. An overpayment is credited or returned, as you prefer.

6. Refunds

If we cannot provision what you ordered, you are refunded in full, automatically, without needing to ask. Within 48 hours of handover, an effectively unused server will normally be refunded on request. After that, a paid term is committed and non-refundable.

7. Your data and your backups

You are responsible for backups of anything on your server. We take platform-level snapshots for our own resilience, not as a customer backup service, and we do not guarantee that any particular file can be recovered. Storage plans exist precisely so that keeping your own backups is cheap.

8. Availability

We target high availability and do not offer a contractual uptime credit. Where an outage is our fault and materially long, we extend the affected term rather than process a refund.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected term. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential loss. If that is not acceptable for your use case, you need an enterprise host with a contract to match, and we will say so rather than take the order.

10. Changes

We may change these terms for future orders. A term you have already paid for runs under the terms in force when you bought it.
