Who runs ServersWithCrypto

ServersWithCrypto rents server capacity to people who would rather not hand over a card, a name and a billing address to get a machine online. We buy and run the underlying infrastructure, and you pay us in whichever cryptocurrency you already hold.

We are a hosting reseller, not a datacentre. The hardware sits in facilities in Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, the United States and Singapore, rented or owned by us, and the capacity you buy is carved out of it and assigned to you.

Why this exists

Every mainstream host wants a card. That means a name that matches the card, a billing address that matches the name, and a payment trail that connects all three to whatever you build. For a great many legitimate reasons — a journalist running a drop box, a developer in a country where international cards barely work, somebody who simply does not think a hosting invoice needs to be attached to their identity — that is the point at which the process stops.

Crypto solves it cleanly. There is no card, so there is nothing to verify; no chargeback, so there is nothing to insure against; and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. What we ask for is an email address to send credentials to, and that is genuinely all.

What we will not do

We do not ask for identity documents, and we have no process that could consume one if you sent it. We do not run KYC on a hosting order. We do not log what you do on your own server, because we are not in a position to and have no reason to want to.

We do enforce an acceptable-use policy, and we enforce it properly. Spam, intrusion, hosting malware and the rest get a server shut down — not out of squeamishness, but because the IP ranges and sending reputation that every other customer depends on are a shared resource, and one abusive tenant burns them for everybody.

How an order actually runs

You configure what you need in the browser and the price updates as you go. You pay the quoted amount in the coin you picked, to an address generated for that one order. Once the deposit confirms on-chain the build is queued, and root credentials, the IP address and the connection details are emailed to you. For a VPS or an RDP that is usually a couple of hours. Mac hardware takes longer, because those are whole physical machines and stock is finite.

Renewals

There is no card on file, so nothing renews automatically. A server runs for the term you paid for, we email a reminder a week before it is due, and paying for the next term keeps it up. Not paying lets it lapse, which is the entire cancellation process.
